We learned how to use and listen to functional classroom phrases:

Q: 你写完了吗? (Have you finished writing it? A: 我写完了。(I have finished writing it).

Q: ___怎么说？ (How do you say _____?)

Q: 今天是几月几号 (What is the date today?)

Q: ____是几声？ (What tone is _____?)

Q: 什么意思？ (What's the meaning?)

We practiced using questions words:

几 哪 什么 怎么 多少 有么有

We practiced the Extended Practice section from Lesson 7 (p.45) in our text and discussed the grammar patterns.

The sentence “一所也没有“ found in the dialogue follows the "一 + Measure Word + 也没有" pattern, used to communicate "Not even one".
